My FAVORITE green smoothie recipe!

I LOVE green smoothies and think that they are such a great source of vegetables and fruits in an easy delivery system.

I don’t know about y’all, but I would rather drink a green smoothie every day than eat broccoli.

So, in order to help you out, I’m gifting you my all-time favorite green smoothie recipe. Now, this is a ‘secret’ and I rarely tell anyone my recipes, so don’t go sharing it with just anyone…

Favorite green smoothie recipe

½ Cup Coconut Water

1 Banana

½ Orange

1 cup Kale

1 cup Spinach

½ cup frozen(or fresh, just add more ice) blueberries

5 frozen(or fresh, just add more ice) strawberries

Agave to taste – trust me, it doesn’t take a lot.

1 TBS flaxseed OR chia OR BOTH! 😉

Add: Ice if needed for thickness. If too thick, add more coconut water or regular water

If this is going to be a meal-replacer, try adding a 1/2 cup of granola to your smoothie. It’s AMAZING.
