60 day Intensive

This one is for those that are ready to not only create and form new healthy habits, but really solidify them over the course of 2 months! This intensive is going to rock your world…in a great way! They say it only takes 21 days to create a habit, but I say, lets take some extra time and really make sure your new habits are going to stick around.
